Scholastic Book Fair - Oct. 26 - 30, 2009
The Sacred Heart Catholic School Elementary Library will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair in the Elementary Library media center the week of October 26 - 30, 2009. Monday the fair will be open until 6:00 p.m. during the time parents are picking up report cards. This is an important means for the library to get new books so come by and visit the fair.

BAND TAMALE SALE, November 2 – November 13 – The Sacred Heart Band Booster Club is once again having their annual tamale sale from November 2 thru November 13. Regular and jalapeno tamales are $8.00 per dozen, and chicken tamales will be sold for $10.00 per dozen. Tamales can be purchased from any band member or the following officers of the Band Booster Club:
Kris Allen at 979-758-1758, Tim Hines at 798-5554; Laurie Janak at 798-4361, Becky McElroy at 798-2831, or the school office at 798-4251. Delivery date is set for Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at the Sacred Heart Parish Family Center from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
K.C. FALLING LEAVES FESTIVAL - (flyer)
The Knights of Columbus Council 2433 will hold their annual Falling Leaves Festival on Sunday, Nov. 22 , 2009, at the Knights of Columbus Hall here in Hallettsville. A delicious fried chicken & sausage dinner with trimmings will be served from 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.=Tickets $7.00 The festival will include a cakewalk, country store, and a quilt-and-cash prize raffle. Live polka and waltz music will be provided from 12:00 – 5:30 p.m. Sacred Heart Catholic School will receive 50% of the profit generated by the festival.
Sacred Heart Boost Club Fudge Sale:
The Booster Club is selling Homemade Fudge w/pecans for $10.00 a pound -[9X9 pan]
Please contact any booster club member or call the school office at 798-4251 to place an order. Fudge will be picked up on Monday 12/14/2009 at KC Hall: drive through pick up will be available from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
